Refund policy

Returns

Our Policy lasts 14 days.  If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Ballet Flats are not eligible for return if the elastics have been tightened.  Please ensure you are happy with your new shoes before tightening the elastics.

Sale Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale/clearance items.  Please choose carefully as they are final sale.  Full priced items purchased using a promotional discount are eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and are not liable if it is lost or damaged in transit.  If you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will cover the return shipping cost.
